Recent changes to the IRS’ form 990 requires nonprofits to now report on governing policies and procedures, going beyond the form’s previous and narrow focus on finances. It requires the organization to explain what the organization DID during the year, under WHOSE legal management and with WHAT internal policies and procedures. This workshop is designed for executive directors, board members as well as accounting staff.
